  • Simon qualified as a Solicitor in 1984.

 

  • He has specialised, throughout his legal career, in Commercial Litigation and Insolvency-related litigation work.

 

  • Prior to setting up his own practice, he worked for two leading commercial law firms, one of which was based in the City of London.

 

  • He has lectured extensively on commercial law and other areas of law and is the author of material prepared for the Institute of Credit Management on Insolvency Law. He is a member of the Institute of Credit Management and R3 - the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. 

 

  • The Company operates from modern office premises in Stockton on Tees.
